I've been working in tech and design for thirty years.

I started in IT support, worked my way into web management and large-scale digital projects, and have been focused on small businesses ever since.

I work with a small number of clients at a time, which means everything gets proper attention. You deal with one person throughout, someone who gets to know how your business actually works and gets on with things without needing much direction.
